For the ALPFA Fellowship, the LinkedIn paid ad campaign was tailored to resonate with first-generation and immigrant college students, particularly those in the CUNY system. The campaign included five unique creative themes, ranging from resilience and identity to affordability and community, each with targeted messaging, visuals, and calls to action. The ads were designed to emphasize empowerment, belonging, and upward mobility. With strong storytelling and inclusive imagery featuring real ALPFA members, the campaign design aimed to drive fellowship applications and connect with students navigating school, work, and career ambitions.
